David S. Frydman is the principal of Frydman LLC and has been practicing complex business litigation in New York City for over twenty years. Mr. Frydman was a litigation associate and has been a partner with several commercial law firms and formed his own firm in 2000. He enthusiastically engages in aggressive litigation. Mr. Lenihan has a wealth of experience successfully representing private and public companies, individuals, family offices, start-up businesses, officers and directors, shareholders and real estate developers. With an attention to detail, Mr. Lenihan strives to resolve disputes in an efficient, cost effective manner while best protecting his clients' interests.
Mr. Lenihan also acts as outside general counsel to start-ups and small and mid-sized companies, providing cost effective services regarding contract negotiations, employment agreements, acquisition agreements, financing and day to day consulting.
Mr. Lenihan received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2007 where he was a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Journal. Mr. Lenihan was a legal intern for the Honorable Colleen McMahon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from Wesleyan University in 2004, with a major in the selective College of Social Studies.
