David S. Frydman is the principal of Frydman LLC and has been practicing complex business litigation in New York City for over twenty years. Mr. Frydman was a litigation associate and has been a partner with several commercial law firms and formed his own firm in 2000. He enthusiastically engages in aggressive litigation. Mr. Frydman also is skilled in resolving complex disputes in direct negotiation, arbitration and mediation. In addition to providing litigation services, Mr. Frydman serves as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel and, on an as requested basis, provides or supervises corporate legal services such as leasing, drafting and negotiating license agreements, development agreements, service agreements, sales agreements, distribution agreements and templates for business forms.

Alex P. McBride is a seasoned New York litigation attorney who concentrates in complex commercial and securities matters. Prior to joining Frydman LLC, Mr. McBride served as an attorney at Jones Day for nearly a decade, where he defended and prosecuted numerous high-profile financial product litigations.
In addition to his substantial trial court experience, Mr. McBride also has in-depth experience in state and federal appeals, SEC and DOJ investigations, congressional inquiries, and bankruptcy litigation. He has served as national counsel for a major corporate trustee advising on business risk and strategy, and has represented investors and trustees in interpleaders and other complex trust disputes.
Mr. McBride authored The Constitutionality of and Need for Mortgage Moratoria in the Context of Hurricane Katrina, 81 Tul. L. Rev. 1303, along with the case profiles for the online companion site to PBS's series "The Supreme Court." He teaches an annual class on securitization litigation at Fordham Law School.
Mr. McBride graduated magna cum laude from both Macalester College and Tulane Law School. At Tulane, he served as articles editor for the Tulane Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Mr. McBride is admitted to practice in the New York State and Federal courts.
